MEET DR. TROUTMAN
Dr. Troutman is a board certified Family Physician and has been doing Medical Aesthetics for the past 15 years. She has her own private practice engaging in full time Medical Aesthetics. Her certification also includes a Special Interest in Lasers and Medical Aesthetics, an Outstanding Senior Award-Kansas City University of Medical and Biosciences-1987, and has been nominated 2 consecutive years for Kansas Family Physician of the Year. Dr. Troutman has been an avid runner and holds the record for the 400 and 800 meter run for the state of Kansas for her age group in 2006. Has competed on a National level in the 400 and 800 meter run. Has been on the Board for Girls on the Run Heart of Kansas since 2010. Has been on the Board for Empowering Haiti since 2009. Has done medical mission work in Haiti for 6 years.
LaShawna Bale grew up in north Texas and joined the U.S. Air Force in 2004. After serving 4 years in the Air Force she obtained her Esthetician license in 2009. While working full time in the aesthetics industry, she decided to continue her education and graduated from Southwestern College of Professional Studies with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Leadership & Human Resources Development. In 2017 she graduated with a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University. Shifting gears in 2020 – her passion and love for the aesthetics space called her back and is thrilled to serve in the medical Aesthetician role at Heartland. LaShawna looks forward to seeing patients in the treatment room to take care of their skin health needs.
