Dr. Troutman

Dr. Troutman is a board certified Family Physician and has been doing Medical Aesthetics for the past 15 years. She has her own private practice engaging in full time Medical Aesthetics. Her certification also includes a Special Interest in Lasers and Medical Aesthetics, an Outstanding Senior Award-Kansas City University of Medical and Biosciences-1987, and has been nominated 2 consecutive years for Kansas Family Physician of the Year.

​Dr. Troutman has been an avid runner and holds the record for the 400 and 800 meter run for the state of Kansas for her age group in 2006. Has competed on a National level in the 400 and 800 meter run. Has been on the Board for Girls on the Run Heart of Kansas since 2010. Has been on the Board for Empowering Haiti since 2009. Has done medical mission work in Haiti for 6 years.


Keyona Wallis, ARPN

I grew up in Rose Hill, Kansas and graduated from Rose Hill High School. I earned my bachelor's degree in nursing from Bethel College in 2015 and worked as a registered nurse in Family Practice for 3 years and Surgery for 2 years. I then earned my Masters of Science in Nursing from Maryville University, completing the Family Nurse Practitioner program. I have received board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners AANP. I have worked in Endocrinology for 2 years since completing my advanced degree. Two years ago, I started to get into Aesthetics and fell in love with the industry. I committed myself, and attended training programs including International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM) and Aesthetic Medical Education Training Program (AMET). My goal is to make everyone feel beautiful.

Michele Ranger, RN

Michele is our certified aesthetic nurse injector. She has been a registered nurse for over 11 years, with 6 of those years in the dermatology field.  She also has experience in pediatrics and plastic surgery. She graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Emporia State University, which led her to radio sales for several years. In 2005, she went back to school to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse. In 2009 she graduated from Pratt Community College with a degree in Nursing. Michele is a member of the ISPAN (International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses). She has trained with world renown aesthetic providers. She continues to go to aesthetic conferences and trainings to provide the newest aesthetic techniques to further develop her artistry.

Michele is certified to inject Dysport, Botox, Galderma Fillers, Allergan fillers, microneedling, chemical peels and sclerotherapy. Michele prides herself on developing long lasting relationships with her patients. She is an energetic, passionate, caring aesthetic provider. Her goal for each of her patients is to provide excellent care to help her patients feel more confident. She truly believes “if you look good you feel good.” She wants her patients to leave with a smile and sometimes a hug.

When she is not performing aesthetic services, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You may see her around Wichita at the baseball fields, basketball courts, volleyball courts or soccer fields, watching her children do what they love.  

Angelina Mason, BSN, RN

Angelina Mason is a highly skilled nurse injector. She found her passion for injecting in 2015. During her long career as a Medical Aesthetician, she performed services including lasers for skin resurfacing, complete skin analysis, dermaplanes, and endless services to accommodate her amazing clients!

As an RN for 9 years, she brings her knowledge of products, patient safety, and her art of injecting to give her patients a natural refreshed look. Angie provides comprehensive aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, a full range of hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella. She deeply values ongoing continuing education to maintain the most advanced and cutting-edge techniques in the industry. Angie has a comprehensive, honest, and refined approach. Through her art, she creates a unique, individualized treatment plan designed to help each patient look and feel their best.


LaShawna Bale, LE

LaShawna Bale grew up in north Texas and joined the U.S. Air Force in 2004. After serving 4 years in the Air Force she obtained her Esthetician license in 2009. While working full time in the aesthetics industry, she decided to continue her education and graduated from Southwestern College of Professional Studies with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Leadership & Human Resources Development.

In 2017 she graduated with a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University. Shifting gears in 2020 – her passion and love for the aesthetics space called her back and is thrilled to serve in the medical Aesthetician role at Heartland. LaShawna looks forward to seeing patients in the treatment room to take care of their skin health needs.
